What are your hours of operation?
Great question! We are open Monday - Friday from 10:00 am - 4:30 pm and Saturdays by appointment only. We are always happy to arrange a time either before or after our regular business hours to help accommodate our customers. Just let us know when you can make it and we will be there! Even when we're not live, you can always reach us via email and telephone, and we'll reply as soon as we can.
How quickly can I receive my order?
As soon as we have the design artwork approved and the sizes of the shirts that you need, we guarantee delivery of your screen printed shirts within 7-10 business days. Can you get them sooner? Absolutely! Just let us know the time frame that you need them by and we can always do our best to work with you and get them done in time.
Do you have a minimum order number?
Ideally, we would love to have at least 12 items per order for screen print but we can do custom embroidery for ONE shirt! So whether you're looking for 1 shirt or 10,000 we are happy to help!
Would I be able to get a blank sample?
Absolutely! If you want to look at a couple samples before you purchase, feel free to stop by our shop, located at 1212 E. University Avenue, Suite B, Urbana, IL 61802. We have most of our popular products in stock that will allow you to see if it's what you want before purchasing. Give us a call before you stop by and we will be able to tell you if we have a sample available. Just let us know the style number of the products of which you'd like samples.
How does your pricing work?
We have learned over the years that what all of our customers want is clear and concise pricing without any hidden costs or fees. We feature exclusive monthly deals as well as provide you with real time quotes through our Messenger Live Chat feature. When it comes to pricing your quote, there are four things that we consider:
1) Product Selection
2) Product Color
3) Number of Ink Colors
4) Number of Design Locations
Tip: If you're looking to save money, the best way to do it is by limiting your ink colors, increasing your order quantity (reduces price per shirt with volume discounts) or selecting a different product style can all significantly reduce your cost.
What type of brands do you work with?
If there’s a brand or garment you’re specifically looking for but don’t see on our website, don’t hesitate to drop us a line. We’re always expanding our catalog, and if we don’t have it listed there, we can most likely get it.
